You can be assured that all of our products are made with gluten-free ingredients. We have earned the trust of our Tampa community throughout our many years in business. We are truly dedicated gluten free and our suppliers are as well. All of our products are safe for gluten-sensitive and Celiac. We use many types of flours, such as tapioca, potato, rice, millet, sorghum, garbanzo bean and more.
Our Flour Blends
We use two sources for our gluten-free flours: Bob’s Red Mill and Freedom Delivered. Bob’s Red Mill states “our strict protocols mean nothing enters our dedicated facility until it has been tested in our in-house quality control laboratory and confirmed gluten free. None of our gluten free products go out the door until the finished product is tested again. When you see the gluten free logo on our packages, you can feel sure it’s safe for your gluten-sensitive or Celiac family member.” Freedom Delivered states that their product is “produced in a certified 100% gluten-free facility, which is also free of the top 8 FDA food allergens. Raw ingredients come from certified gluten-free suppliers, who are randomly tested.”
